i figured out by myself. I was missing vlc and pulseaudio.

This is my conference.conf.xml:

I use a Ubuntu 16.04 and libVLC is installed:

libvlc5/xenial-updates,xenial-security,now 2.2.2-5ubuntu0.16.04.4
amd64 [installed,automatic]
libvlccore-dev/xenial-updates,xenial-security,now
2.2.2-5ubuntu0.16.04.4 amd64 [installed]
libvlccore8/xenial-updates,xenial-security,now 2.2.2-5ubuntu0.16.04.4
amd64 [installed,automatic]
