It's a KX-TD1232 model. The conf is nothing special! It's exactly the same used to connect the
BT Versatility. So it uses a PTP port setup. I've just discovered only one problem regarding this
PBX, once I dial the dahdi NT port it will answer after 15sec of delay. I'm actually investigating
this problem.

I've found the problem. It was the overlapdial=true setting. Once removed, the PBX started
ringing pretty instantaneous once placed a call over the NT port!

Thanks.
Panasonic KX-TD1232 system ISDN interface use DDK plug, not same cord you are using for openvox B400P card.
Each port could be configured as CO or extension port as Point-Point or PTMP in both mode.
Regarding to dial timeout these it becomes from ISDN dial mode overlap or En-bloc, by the way you can close dialling number by using # key.
