Hello.
I have properly configured my asterisk server with some SIP accounts that work very well. Now when I want to send a chat message from my SIP client(Zoiper), I receive the following error message:
WARNING [2578]: chan_sip.c: 14511 receive_message: Received Message to <sip: ....@..... transport = UDP> from <sip: ....@..... transport = UDP>; tag = b03dfe52, dropped it. ..

Mohamed,
It is difficult to investigate an issue such as this without at least
a few details about the software environment and what you are trying
to accomplish.
There isn't typically much we can do with just a single WARNING
message excerpted from a log.
For those that may be able to help you, you may want to provide at a minimum:
* The exact version of Asterisk you are using.
* The steps you took to produce the issue.
* What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
* What version of Zoiper you are using.
* The destination of the SIP text message you are trying to send it
to. (i.e. is this phone to phone, or phone to Asterisk, etc).

Thank you for the quick answer.
I use version 1.6 of Asterisk and 1.18.4 of Zoiper. I want to send chat message from my smartphone to another smartphone. To do this, I just add the option textsupport = yes in the configuration of my SIP accounts. When I try to send a text message to another smartphone , I got the error message in the asterisk CLI:
WARNING [2578]: chan_sip.c: 14511 receive_message: Received Message to <sip: .... @ ..... UDP transport => from <sip: .... @ ..... transport = UDP> ; tag = b03dfe52, dropped it. ..
