Does anybody know if there is a way to capture the time remaining before a channel is hanged_up with sched_hangup ?

Is there somewhere a channel variable that can reflect this information ?

not directly no. you’d need to at the time you set the sched hangup also set a var with the epoch time of the hangup so you could easily calculate it later.
