You cant.

Actually you can. But it is difficult. You can use skype, sippyskype,
xorg and vncservers running on the same asterisk machine. I was able
to set it up, and it worked, audio quality was ok. Do I recommned this
solution? No.
You can follow chan_skype howto, but if you want a free solution,
instead of using chan_skype use sippyskype.
