good luck infratsructure here is controlled by the miltary... I live in Thailand, Im a Us citizen with some VOIP customers already online via their DSL
is there anything i can help you get thru ??? how much traffic you going to push thru thailand ?

You easy get Telecom License here. Now we have 159 company Already have License

My company too.
Now i can offer 0.09 usd / min Only SIP and support DTMF you can use
for callback service
