Hello everyone,

I know 1.0.2 if fresh (yeah!) but what exactly is the status of vmd?

The wiki page says it can't be used as an app yet it shows up in
"show application" with start/stop. How might this be used from the
dialplan?

Thanks!

Kristian,

It can be used from the dialplan (I'm pretty sure) but all is does is set a channel variable. It doesn't actually do anything else. It was originally designed to be used from the event socket. I added the code to set the channel variable as a proof-of-concept...

If you need it to do more then we'll have to roll up the sleeves and do some coding. Smile

Michael,

That might be enough for what I'm trying to do... What is this variable?
