Exist any solution to clustering. Any load balancing appliance o heartbeat test?.

Andres,

OpenSIP's works very well as a load balancer.  You could also use DNS SRV (if the clients support it), round robin DNS ....

Really just depends on what you are trying to accomplish.

openser/kamailio/ser/opensips you pick a name
