Mario Lang has a pretty neat way of building these in the gnome-speech package. On installation of gnome-speech-swift it builds the support against the installed cepstral. This is how I plan on dealing with this. Unfortunately there are a number of other items that need to be fixed before we add this. If you are willing to help it would be greatly appreciated.
