Is there any info of what I am looking at here, I just went through
1000's of lines that look like repeated good registers and a working
call.. What exactly is not working?

It appears to be in the case of the far end sending a 100 on register,
and no 200 or any other terminal response after that. I sent the
realevant part of this trace off to the developer of the sip library
for advice. Please file a bug on jira.freeswitch.org on this, with a
log of a coupe good registers before the failure and a few after the
initial failure.
