We're trying to ascertain exactly what happened yesterday. We were told Level3 was experiencing "rolling blackouts". Anyone? Thanks! Brad, There was a fiber cut in the Houston, TX area that affected L3. Well, NANOG is sort of unofficially the backbone's PA system, though
they don't like it much... Smile
