|
|
1.
We have successfully configured A-104 + WANPIPE-3.3.14 +
FreeSWITCH( over mod_openzap) under CentOS 5.2.
But we cann't unite SVwanpipe-i386-5.10.pkg + SVzaptel-i386-5.10.pkg
+ FreeSWITCH( over mod_openzap ) under Solaris 5.10
Does it possible?????
Do we need any other packages for SunOS?
2.
This problem is expressed that FreeSWITCH's function
tdmv_api_open_span(), which makes open() for path /dev/wptdms%dc%d,
where %d - is a span & chun,
returns "failure configuring device".
Under CentOS 5.2 it works perfect, but under Solaris 5.10 in doesn't
work.
Does it means, that FreeSWITCH or Sangoma's equipment cann't work
under Solaris 5.10?

We still need to merge the latest cross platform code from sangoma. I
should have updates from them very soon, are you interested in working
on that?

Thanks Michael for your quick reply!
1. Yes, we are interested in working on that very much.
2. We need to do this as quick as it possible. That's why we need
to know when you'll get this updates?
Thanks, Evgeniy.

We can offer to you help on build and testing this modules onto Sun
servers under Solaris 5.10 and 5.11.
Unfortunately we cannot help you with code writing bacause:
1. it needs very much time for understanding already available code;
2. now we working on a module for SS7.
We already made build FreeSWITCH under Solaris 5.10 with gnu- and Sun-
compilers

Hello, Michael!
Whether there are any news on a question about Sangoma & FreeSWITCH
under Solaris? Did you contact with Sangoma's developers?
I asked them the same question few days ago, but still no answer.

I just got a response from Sangoma that I should have more info about
Solaris 10 support in about a week.
