Maestro Control Panel Beta Release
The first beta of Maestro Control Panel (MCP) has been released.
= What is Maestro Control Panel? =
Maestro Control Panel is a graphical control panel for Astrerisk* PBX Systems
which allows the User to graphically manipulate PBX objects and devices in
realtime using either Drag & Drop or Direct Commands.
Maestro can work directly with the AMI server or through any proxy that emulates
standard AMI syntax and TCP protocol.
= Virtually Unlimited Functionality =
Maestro Control Panel derives its functionality by utilizing the inherent
functionality in Asterisk through the Asterisk Manager Interface (AMI) and your
own Dialplan Logic. Because Maestro gains its functionality through the AMI and
Dialplan logic, the functionality capable in Maestro is limited only to existing
AMI and Dialplan functionality and your own imagination.
= Scripting Support =
The basis of Maestro's functionality is to respond to User Events within Maestro
(such as dragging a "live" call onto the Parking View) using Scripts that you
create which are then used to construct AMI commands. Maestro supports standard
AMI Command syntax as well as the following language flavors:
* Pascal Script
* Java Script
* C++ Script
* Basic Script
