Does anyone have or Can help me find a Complete list of All the Countries in the world with the Countrycode?

Also, is there a list with cities breakdown o at least important cities of each country plus their codes?
I hoping an Excel or CSV file, but if this list exist it doesn't matter what format, I will be able to use it.

Any major carrier will publish a prefix list - BT, for example, have one here:

Different carriers use different lists, and quite often disagree on what's what, which is
one of the things that makes telecoms more exciting than it might otherwise be..

Actually I know ITU standards and numberings.

The first three posts was very helpfull.

I need this, to use them on a website, so clients don't have to type Each Country and its numbers, They can just select it from a category in a drop down list like:

Germany Proper
Germany Cell
--------------------> by breakdown
Germany Frankfurt
Germany Mobile ePlus
.....
...
