When I type reloadxml at fs console, I get the following message:

freeswitch@fs> reloadxml
API CALL [reloadxml()] output:
+OK [[error near line 3182]: unclosed <!--]

Do I need to worry about this? Did it accept the command? I am using fs 13532. On checking log/freeswitch.xml.fsxml, it appears that the new xml got included, so it must be OK.

Well, don't make that assumption. You really should fix this. Find line 3182 in freeswitch.xml.fsxml and then go back from there to find out where you've got a rogue xml comment tag that isn't closed...
