Hi,
I have setup FS for both inbound and outbound.It is working fine.
Now I would like to configure Automatic Call Distribution(ACD).How to configure it in Freeswitch?

Start with this:
http://wiki.freeswitch.org/wiki/Mod_fifo
You can set up agents to be off-hook or on-hook and they can wait for calls. Enjoy!
