Thank you Brian, but where do I set these?

In other words, what, specifically needs to be added to the default download
of FreeSWITCH for Windows in order to send an Instant Message, for example:
chat sip|1000@145.167.1.6 (1000@145.167.1.6)|user.name@vzw.blackberry.net (user.name@vzw.blackberry.net)|"Test case"

The "Installation" & "Getting Started Guide" startup pretty well covered making voice phone calls as
evidenced by my ability to connect with both incoming outgoing calls.
Is there an equivalent guide for IM?
