The Asterisk Development Team has announced the releases of:

DAHDI-Tools-v2.10.0
dahdi-linux-complete-2.10.0+2.10.0

- Adds support for Digium's new TE436/TE236 cards into the wcte43x driver.
- Prevents wcte13xp & wcte43x drivers from temporarily reporting a false "green" span condition after configuration. This was mostly to improve testing efforts.
- Adds custom congestion tone generator for Australian zones
- Generate a default recall tone instead of just silence
