|
|
Hi all,
Using a SIP trunk with 30 channels.
Is there a way in sofia, to ensure all channels are used equally for outgoing calls?
Like a roundrobin scheme to ensure the load is distributed across all 30 channels in a single SIP trunk.
Thanks,
Vishal. |

That's a non-sense question.
What do you mean by "been used equally" ... SIP channels are not as PSTN channels, there is no "sense" on channel number/order.

In India, operators who are providing sip trunk are capping number of outgoing calls per channel. Even though they sell only bundle of 30 channels as a trunk. Hense the question.

Vishal.

how are they even doing that a sip trunk with 30 channels just means you can make 30 concurrent calls on it at one time.
the only way to sell “30 ports” and count calls on each port is to sell it as 30 different 1 channel trunks
