Thought I'd try 1.6 beta5 (and 1.4.18 didn't want to compile vpb

1.6 did compile and almost works.

'cept it thinks the .gsm files are not played.

from extensions.conf
exten => s,2,BackGround(/var/lib/asterisk/sounds/en/vm-instructions.gsm)

running asterisk
