I think people would prefer to just press the "Do Not Disturb" button on
the Polycom handset but I am wondering how the expansion module would
display the status. I checked a few places and it appears that DND and
BUSY are treated as the same thing.

What we looked at was hooking the DND button up to Asterisk....played
around for a while and gave up.
