Does anyone know how to set up call all or paging for the snom IP handsets
with Asterisk 1.4 or AsteriskNOW.

Paging works fine on the snom handsets - call all can be a problem,
especially if you don't want to key all the phones in manually. (but I
do have a rough memory of a script that did that...)
What are you looking at doing?
