Just a quick question, wanted to see if anyone knew where the menuselect
app stored your choices.
I think it's menuselect.makeopts but I'm not sure...just thought someone
might know.

That is correct.
You can also put some of those options in /etc/asterisk.makeopts or
~/.asterisk.makeopts if you want to set system-wide or per-user options for all
Asterisk builds done on the system.
