No, I believe. As Anthony pointed out, it should be similar to something like,

originate sofia/gateway/gizmo1/6098989898 0116054545454

The last number would be your dialplan condition expression. Moreover, I suppose when we do something like &bridge, &java, or something similar, we can't hit any dialplan. Or am I mistaken?
