Can anyone on here do LNP for free or cheap? even if for a limited time we'll take it. Immediate need for 25 ports, then 50/month (expected to grow) assuming it's free and we just pay the DID monthly fees.

The problem is that there is not really a solution, you get either cheap
DIDs or free porting. This is due to porting being a manual process
and thus full of cost on the wholesale level, that cost can be covered
by a fee or higher monthly rates.
