u can try astpp, i havent been able to make it work at all with freeswitch on
windows platform as little support but the author says he can make it work,
im still trying.

I just downloaded jbilling on a laptop with Fedora 9 x86_64 which has
the Open Source java implementation called icedtea. I followed the
installation instructions in jbilling_installation_instructions.pdf and
fired up jbilling with sudo sh bin/run.sh. Had no problems starting it
and logging in.
Did the same on a CentOS 5.2 x86 box with Sun Java JDK version 1.6.0 and
also did not have a problem.

Can we move this to www.astpp.org? I'm working on it and it is being
used. The Windows platform should be not that hard. I'd really like to
move this to www.astpp.org though to keep from bugging the entire
Freeswitch group.
