If I understand correctly the OpenVox card is a zaptel clone, which means you'd need to download the drivers, install them and then do the OpenZAP install. See the OpenZAP page on the wiki.

Thanks for the tip. I'll give it a shot. In the mean time, I'm interested in
feedback from people who use a TDM card with Zaptel + OpenZap + FS in
production : Is it stable, professional-grade quality?

Yes, there are a number of people who are using TDM in production. If you're just using an FXO card you should be just fine. If you are using PRI then you might want to use ozmod_libpri but that's a whole different discussion.
