Hello,
Is there any way for a DID provider to implement a system to forward SIP calls to SKYPE accounts.
Like some of the providers who are still providing these services.

Sorry, my head was thinking DID to SKYPE ...
If you need a custom SIP-to-SKYPE solution I can probably help you.
Contact me offlist if you want.
Or you can just use
https://freeswitch.org/confluence/display/FREESWITCH/mod_skypopen which
is the only working free SIP-to-SKYPE solution out there AFAIK.
